The FIBERTOWN Mainline is a private, dedicated fiber trunk providing virtually unlimited connectivity to Texas A&M University. The Mainline allows us to interconnect to Lonestar Education and Research Network (LEARN) operating over the Texas Higher Education Network backbone infrastructure.
LEARN peers include TTVN, North Texas Gigapop, Abilene network, Southeast Texas GigaPOP, The State of Texas through its Department of Information Resources (DIR) and Texas Education Telecommunications Network.
